Most “platform updates” in this industry are a coat of paint and a press release.
Not this one, nope. We rebuilt the thing.
Below is what changed, why we changed it, and the part that competitors physically cannot copy from a pitch deck.

🆕 The Platform, rebuilt

The new Baited interface was rebuilt from the ground up. Not refactored. Not reskinned. Rebuilt.
A cleaner dashboard. Faster navigation. An expanded scenario library. Everything a security team actually does (running campaigns, reading results, acting on them) without the friction that makes most security tools feel like a second job.
We have a low tolerance for tools that punish the people using them. So we removed the punishment. That’s it.

🎯 Advanced Scenarios: more vectors, more pretexts, fewer excuses

More attack vectors. More realistic pretexts. More ways to expose the gaps before a real attacker does.
The scenario library now covers more departments, more roles, and more threat profiles: marketing gets pretexts that target marketing. Engineering gets pretexts that target engineering. Finance gets the ones that empty bank accounts at 4:47 PM on a Friday.

Building target groups got faster and better: Baited now automates the creation and segmentation of recipient groups – translation: less time in spreadsheets, more time on strategy. Less CSV juggling, more attack-surface thinking. You hire a security analyst to think like an attacker, not to babysit comma-separated values.

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.
The redesigned dashboard surfaces the metrics that change decisions: active campaigns, risk rate, managed targets, exposure trend, group-level risk explorer. Clean. Fast. Built for people who don’t have time to hunt for data because they’re busy keeping a company alive.

If a metric isn’t on the dashboard, it’s because it doesn’t deserve to be.

📚 New Education Content: the annual checkbox course is dead

We launched a new set of interactive awareness education courses, available directly inside the platform.

Here’s the design choice that matters: the modules pair simulation results with contextual learning paths, activated the moment a user interacts with a simulated lure. Someone clicks the wrong link at 10:14 AM, and at 10:15 AM they’re learning exactly what they missed, while it’s still vivid.

This replaces the logic of the annual compliance click-through with a continuous, measurable approach calibrated to each user’s actual behavior. Not “did they sit through the video.” Did they get better.

That’s the only question that matters.
We built a system that answers it.

 🇨🇭 Patented OSINT Engine: the part nobody else has

Baited has been granted an official patent by the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) for our phishing simulation system.

The patent protects the method by which our engine fuses OSINT signals, identity context, and attacker workflow logic to generate simulations that feel native to the target’s real environment.
This is not a template engine with substituted variables. It’s an engineered process, now registered as intellectual property in the Swiss public registry. Verifiable. Searchable. Permanent.

In a market where every vendor runs the same six templates with different fonts on top, this is the distinction that cannot be copy-pasted into a competitor’s pitch deck – and we know, because we read their pitch decks.
